Lodging

Six structures currently stand on the Willow Point property. These buildings are able to accommodate hunters, caretakers and guides with plenty of space and comfort.

Improvements

There are six structural improvements located on the subject property and all of them are located in the compound area. Following is a brief, general description of each one of the structures.

Lodge

The lodge is a one-story building consisting of 5,480 square feet. The building has a wood exterior and a metal roof. Interior consists of a wood ceiling and walls, concrete or carpeted floors, and a variety of lighting. The floor plan includes a kitchen and pantry, utility room, office area, living room with fireplace, two dens, bedrooms and bathrooms. The lodge has central heating and cooling. The original building was completed in 1988, with the addition (bedroom area) completed in 1998. There are three porches connected to the lodge, containing a total of 546 square feet. The lodge is in good condition.

Skinning Shed

The total structure contains 1,240 square feet, of which 912 square feet are enclosed. The building has a wood exterior and a metal roof. The interior consists of wood with concrete floors. The skinning shed has fluorescent lighting and a 328 square foot walk-in cooler. The skinning shed building is in average to good condition.

Caretaker's House

The home contains 1,038 square feet and has a wood exterior and a metal roof. The interior is composed to wooden walls and floors and includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, bedrooms and bath. Two porches are attached to the house, containing a total of 173 square feet. The house is in good condition.

Domestic House: The house is a 56x15 mobile home (784 square feet) with two porches containing 176 square feet. The home is in average condition.

Guides' Quarters

The home contains 1,236 square feet and has a wood exterior and a metal roof. The interior consists of wooden walls and a combination of wooden and carpeted floors. The first floor (804 square feet) includes a living room, bedrooms, and baths. The upstairs portion of the house (432 square feet) has one additional bedroom. A 216 square foot porch is attached to the house.

Other Improvements: Include a 106 square foot well house with a wash rack area and a landing strip, wells, and roads throughout the property.
